EDI was engaged to plan, design and produce an off-site theme dinner for an international group of physicians attending a pediatric surgeon symposium. The attendees experienced western Americana in a beautifully restored barn. Guest were entertained with mechanical horse roping, a Cowboy DJ, a whip artist, a western photo station, line dancing, corn hole games and, of course, a western swing fiddler.
